Refund policy

7 days, no questions asked

If you bought a Deep Report and want your money back, email hello@vennsides.com within 7 days of the purchase. Every purchase is automatically eligible: you don’t need to give a reason, and it doesn’t matter whether you have opened the report. Send the email from any address and include your X @handle (or the email on your Stripe receipt) so we can find the payment.

How it works

• We refund the full amount, including any tax, to the original payment method through Stripe.
• Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.
• Access to the Deep Report ends when the refund is issued.
• After 7 days we may still refund at our discretion, for example if the report didn’t work as described. Just ask.
• This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
