Who we are

Venn (vennsides.com) is operated by Zendon Labs LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@vennsides.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The free site

Reading debates, voting, signing in with X and your “What’s your Venn?” profile (including your closest public figure) are free. Side summaries, supporter lists and overlap points are derived from public X posts by AI with human spot checks. They can be incomplete or wrong, every claim links to its source, and nothing on Venn is advice of any kind. Don’t abuse the site: no automated voting, scraping that harms the service, attempts to get around limits or security, or impersonation. We may remove content, close access or change or discontinue any feature.

The Deep Report (paid digital product)

The Deep Report is a personal breakdown of how your own votes compare with the recorded stances of public figures and outlets: your top 10, the 3 least like you, agreement by category and a debate-by-debate table. It may be offered free during a beta. When it is sold, it is a one-time purchase (the price is shown before you pay, in US dollars, plus any applicable tax) for the X account you are signed in with. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

• We only offer it once your votes are enough to build it: at least 5 votes and at least 3 public figures or outlets who each took a side on 3 or more debates you voted on.
• It is computed live from your votes and updates automatically for 30 days after purchase as new debates are published. After that it stays viewable on your account.
• Results depend on which debates exist and which stances we have recorded. Agreement figures describe voting overlap, not anyone’s views, and say how many shared debates they are based on.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Delivery is immediate: the report is available at /me/report as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
• Refunds: see the refund policy (7 days, no questions asked). A refund ends access to the report.
• If you delete your reader data, you lose access to the report. We keep the purchase record (Stripe ids and amount, no longer linked to your X account) for accounting.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and the Deep Report are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you bought something applies to that purchase. Privacy is covered by the privacy policy.
